Richard Mincer Obtains Summary Judgment for Manufacturer
Richard Mincer recently obtained summary judgment for a manufacturer of automobile component parts in a wrongful death claim filed in Campbell County, WY. Plaintiff sued the automobile manufacturer, the dealer, and this defendant. HA moved for summary judgment based on the statute of limitations before filing an answer or conducting any discovery. The court granted the motion from the bench alleviating the need to participate in costly discovery.
