Trucking Litigation Resolved
Richard Schneebeck resolved the last of five lawsuits brought against a national trucking company. The lawsuits concerned a 37-vehicle accident that took place over a quarter-mile section of interstate highway. The accident claimed seven lives. Mr. Schneebeck and a team of engineering experts he assembled reached the accident scene before road crews finished removing the debris from the highway. Their efforts to document the crash site assisted in obtaining summary judgment for the client on three wrongful death claims and in favorably resolving the remaining actions.
