Whitney Agopian Joins Hirst Applegate
Wyoming native Whitney Marquardt Agopian has joined the law firm of Hirst Applegate as a new associate. Whitney grew up in Casper, but attended Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Biology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Whitney worked at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon as part of a Multiple Sclerosis research team. She then lived in Guyana as a United States Peace Corps volunteer. After returning from the Peace Corps, Whitney attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. In law school, Whitney wrote a case note for the Wyoming Law Review, competed in moot court, and gained practical legal experience through her employment at the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Wyoming.
